Custom Plush Project Example — Laziji Spicy Chicken Character

This is a showcase example from a custom project we produced for a client — it is not available for individual purchase. We're sharing it to show how we can turn a regional food or cultural concept into a custom plush character for brands, tourism projects, and creative retailers.

• Concept: A textured, golden-brown character styled after laziji, a spicy fried chicken dish from the Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region of China, complete with a bone-shaped tail piece.
• Character details: Embroidered squinting eyes and a sly mouth give it attitude, finished with felt flame accents on top and a felt chili pepper held in one “hand” to play up the “spicy” theme.
• Mixed materials: Combines a fuzzy plush body with firmer felt appliqué pieces for the flames and pepper, showing how we mix textures and materials within one character.
• Scale: This example measures roughly 12 cm — final size is fully customizable to your project.

Every custom project is scoped individually: design, size, materials, functionality (including optional magnetic backing for hanging pieces), quantity, timeline, and pricing are all confirmed with you before production. If your character or design is based on existing brand or IP artwork, please confirm you hold the rights to reproduce it — we'll need that authorization on file before we start.
